Roles & Responsibilities

♦ Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various care issues..
♦ Provide hands on support of customer care initiatives such as automate provisioning, online billing, order tracking and detailed account management..
♦ Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience
♦ Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics
♦ Capturing and applying customer feedback.
♦ Co-ordinate with technical department for resolving technical queries
♦ Co-ordinate with internal department to resolve queries.
♦ Handle calls on IVR System.
♦ Make sure about customer satisfaction.
♦ Quick response to customer
♦ Making report as suggested from Senior
♦ Basic greetings skill on phone.
♦ Other tasks as assigned.

♦ Excellent oral & written communication skills
♦ Good Product knowledge
♦ Reporting To Seniors.
♦ Should be willing to work as a team without time limit.
